Mexican Tostada Pizzas

The flavors of these Mexican Tostada Pizzas are a great mix of tostadas and regular pizza. Its easy and quick to make them, and they taste great.

Ingredients:

  • 4 small tortillas
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeos optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C

Spread some refried beans out on each tortilla and put them on a baking sheet

Spread the shredded cheese out over the beans in a thin layer

Place small pieces of tomato, red onion, black olives, and jalapeos on top of the cheese

After getting the oven ready, put the baking sheet in it and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the tortillas edges turn golden brown

In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and salsa together while the pizzas are baking

Add pepper and salt to taste

Take the pizzas out of the oven and let them cool down a bit before cutting them

Put avocado slices and chopped cilantro on top of each pizza one by one

Spread the sour cream and salsa mixture on top of the pizzas

Take a bite of your hot Mexican Tostada Pizzas and enjoy
