Hot and Spicy BBQ Oven Smoked Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 racks Pork ribs
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 275F 135C
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub
Rub the dry rub all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are well-coated
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil
Bake in the preheated oven for 2
5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat pulls away from the bones
In a small saucepan, combine BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar
Heat over medium heat until warmed
During the last 30 minutes of baking, brush the ribs with the hot and spicy BBQ sauce mixture every 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing
Serve the Hot and Spicy BBQ Oven Smoked Ribs with extra sauce on the side for dipping
