Pineapple Coconut Popsicles
There is something tropical about these Pineapple Coconut Popsicles. The sweet pineapple goes well with the rich, creamy coconut milk. They are great for keeping cool in the summer.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Add coconut milk, honey or agave syrup, pineapple chunks, and vanilla extract to a blender
Blend until smooth
Place the mix into popsicle molds
Place a popsicle stick in each mold
It needs to be frozen for at least 4 hours or until it is solid
Just take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy
